Our patient portal vendor is CareCloud, which has recently updated and re-branded their patient portal as Breeze. You can access Breeze by going to the following website: www.gobreeze.com. If you registered for the patient portal prior to the implementation Breeze you may need to reset your password through the Breeze website. Breeze also has an app for iOS and Android.
By registering for the patient portal you will be able to request appointments, view appointment history, send your provider(s) a secure message, access basic clinical information, view financial information, and make payments.
