Our patient portal vendor is CareCloud, which has recently updated and re-branded their patient portal as Breeze. You can access Breeze by going to the following website: If you registered for the patient portal prior to the implementation Breeze you may need to reset your password through the Breeze website. Breeze also has an app for iOS and Android.

By registering for the patient portal you will be able to request appointments, view appointment history, send your provider(s) a secure message, access basic clinical information, view financial information, and make payments.

If there are any questions regarding how to schedule using the patient portal please call the front office.

Important Reminders

  1. All appointment requests are handled by the front office and require approval. Requesting an appointment does not guarantee that an appointment will be approved.
  2. If there is any doubt on whether or not an appointment request went through patients are advised to contact the office for verification.
  3. Appointments can be canceled through the portal but please keep in mind that our office requires a 24 business hour notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.
  4. Patient portal messaging is not for urgent communication. If your message requires immediate attention it is best to contact the office directly. If you have not received a response within two business days please call the office to ensure your portal message was received.
